World AIDS Day is commemorated worldwide on the 1st of December each year. It is one of the most recognised and longest running international health days. To demonstrate support for people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS, Sentech Bloemfontein TCC employees have volunteered to spend the day at Tshepang Place of Safety in Bloemfontein. During this occasion the team will refurbish the home, entertain the children and handover various donations; which include a television set. The television set serves as a token to empower the beneficiaries with access to information, educational programmes and entertainment on television channels transmitted through the Sentech network.
 
The event will take place from 11H00 on 1 December 2011 at Tshepang Place of Safety, Plot 5, DS Kotze Street, Ferreira, Bloemfontein.
